Paige Addesi
Partner
A Partner at Explora Partners, Paige has spent the majority of her career supporting businesses in the design and scaling of capital-efficient operating models.
Prior to joining Explora Partners, Paige sat on the investment team at Yaletown Partners, a venture capital firm investing in software, data and devices transforming sectors of the real economy. Prior to Yaletown Partners, Paige was a management consultant with Kearney, working with over twenty global leadership teams to design and scale industry-leading operations. Paige’s work spans sectors – including technology, industrial, financial services, retail, media and consumer goods – and has generated over $150M in annualized earnings. Earlier in her career, Paige built her commercial foundations in customer development at Unilever and in digital marketing for both Cineplex and Multiview. Paige is currently an advisor and mentor to a handful of early and growth-stage businesses in her community.
Paige graduated from Ivey Business School at Western University with a Business Administration (Dean’s Honour List with Distinction) degree.

Graeme Buchan
Partner
A Partner at Explora Partners, Graeme spent the entirety of his career growing businesses globally.
Graeme is currently CEO of Integrity Advocate, and oversees all aspects of the business.
Prior to joining Explora Partners, Graeme consulted on the firm's first acquisition, Clariti. Graeme spent the entirety of his career in client-facing roles at HSBC. Most recently, he was Vice President in Hong Kong where he drove growth for global subsidiaries. Through his thoughtful and trust-based approach with clients, he grew his portfolio to be the largest in the team, generating $8.5M in revenue to the bank. Prior to Hong Kong, he underwrote $750M+ in transactions and analyzed $3B+ in existing credit facilities as part of the Canadian Commercial Real Estate group. During his tenure at HSBC, he served as Co-Chair for two Employee Resource Groups and as a mentor to new hires.
Graeme graduated from INSEAD with a Master of Business Administration degree and from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Cyrus Symoom
Founding Partner
A co-founder of Explora Partners, Cyrus has spent the majority of his career building and advising private businesses.
Cyrus is currently Co-CEO of Clariti, and oversees all aspects of sales, marketing, finance and people. Over 5 years, Cyrus and Jake have grown revenue by 5x and evolved Clariti to be the emerging leader in community development software for local governments in US & Canada.
Prior to forming Explora Partners, Cyrus was the Head of Operations for Uber Eats in Argentina & Uruguay. Cyrus also led Uber Eats’ expansion in Canada and Latin America, having launched the business in 6 countries and 21 cities over his tenure. Before Uber, Cyrus was in investment banking at CIBC Capital Markets, where he advised companies on mergers and acquisitions and debt/equity financings.
Cyrus was recognized for his leadership and social impact in Forbes’ 2022 30 Under 30 list.
In addition to his role at Clariti, Cyrus is a Director of Integrity Advocate and StaffScheduleCare. Cyrus graduated from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree.

Jake Dancyger
Founding Partner
A co-founder of Explora Partners, Jake has spent the bulk of his career advising businesses on growth strategy and technological innovation.
Jake is currently Co-CEO of Clariti and has full ownership of product, engineering, technical support, professional services and oversees some aspects of operations.
Prior to forming Explora Partners, Jake was pioneering International Expansion at Element AI where he oversaw sales and operations in Asia-Pacific and Europe. Prior to Element AI, Jake worked as a management consultant at Accenture, helping Fortune 500 companies design and optimize new business models for emerging technologies. Jake has been a successful entrepreneur of two businesses and was named by Next Canada as one of the most promising entrepreneurs in the country.
Jake was recognized for his leadership and social impact in Forbes’ 2022 30 Under 30 list.
Jake’s work has spanned across the banking, insurance, logistics, manufacturing, public service, retail and telecom sectors. Jake graduated from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Dean’s List with Distinction) degree.
