Explora builds upon the legacy of an owner. We focus on North American businesses with annual recurring revenue (ARR) above $2M or profits (EBITDA) greater than $1M, and in the business services, tech-enabled services and software, distribution and consumer products sectors. We opportunistically assess other industries.
